During my stay at The Siena Hotel, I really appreciated the polite and gracious service from the staff, which definitely enhanced my experience. However, the facilities felt a bit tired, like the elevators needing some serious cleaning. My room was comfortable but lacked a view, and I had a tough morning when my early room service didn't meet my expectations. Overall, it was an okay experience with some pros and cons.

My stay at The Siena Hotel was truly good, with spacious and well-appointed rooms that were wonderfully clean. I was impressed by the really good service, especially from the friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. However, there was a minor hassle with the restaurant as I faced a limit in vegan options during my dining experience, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I left feeling well cared for and relaxed. 😊
